Development History

2020~2022

The 2020 passive aluminum-coated plastic system has an innovative design with an aluminum-clad structure on the outside of the profile; the exterior-coated aluminum is solid and smooth to resist ultraviolet erosion. Obtained a national patent. From 2021 to 2022, we will meet the needs of passive building structure integrated systems, low-energy steel structure assembly integrated systems, and passive built-in door and window systems to solve thermal bridge problems in the installation of doors and windows in various building structures.

2018~2019

In 2018, the passive barrier-free door system filled the domestic passive barrier-free passage problem; it obtained Kangju certification and obtained a utility model patent, and applied for a domestic invention patent. Designed and developed passive fire-resistant door and window systems in 2019. This system not only meets the energy saving performance of passive doors and windows of 0.84w/square meter k, but also meets the fire resistance of the entire window of 1.0 hours. Obtained two national patents. Innovatively designed passive windows are installed without thermal bridges and attached frames to solve the problem of thermal bridges installed in the openings of passive doors and windows. This innovative design has obtained two national patents.

2014~2017

From 2014 to 2016, the German PHI-certified passive window system-TOP BEST 88MD was developed to fill the domestic gap; it obtained the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development’s Healthy Living Certification; this design scheme obtained 5 national patent certificates.

2011~2012

From 2011 to 2012, the third generation gold color brushed high weather resistance system was adopted. Developed the Jincai European Crown 70 flat-open three-sealing system. This system is a patented product including appearance patent and utility model patent.

2009~2011

In 2009, Hebei Shengda officially entered the home decoration door and window market, registered the "Tebate" door and window brand, and opened its first offline experience store. In 2011, the company's production management was further optimized, and the new Hebei Shengda factory on Lekai North Street was completed and put into operation. The new look of fully automatic three-dimensional production and the most complete product series officially established the industry flagship and led the development of the industry.

2003~2009

From 2003 to 2007, the company launched 60 European style casement windows and colorful series (the first generation of high weather-resistant color co-extrusion). Solve the problem of anti-aging and fading of profiles. From 2008 to 2009, Tebatt door and window system, Tebatt 65 three-seal (double-sided color) system, and the first system door and window franchise stores (30 franchise stores opened) were launched.

1999-2002

The company launched the 60, 70 and 80 push-pull series. It was the first in China to adopt the front co-extrusion inlay technology of sealing strips and the first patented product of the 80 fixed push-pull series. Improve door and window sealing. Developed large-section push-pull series - 88 push-pull series and 92 push-pull series.

In September, Hebei Shengda officially devoted itself to the production of special profiles for doors and windows, investing in the construction of the most advanced extrusion production line and advanced automated production technology in the country with an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons.
