What is the warranty period of the products?


The warranty period of our products varies according to product types, generally 1-5 years. The specific warranty period will be clearly stated in the quotation and contract. During the warranty period, if the product malfunctions due to its own quality problems, we will provide free repair or replacement services. Problems caused by man-made damage or improper use are not covered by the warranty.

What payment methods do you accept?


We accept a variety of international payment methods, including T/T (telegraphic transfer), L/C (letter of credit), Western Union, etc. For regular orders, we usually require a 30% advance payment, and the balance is paid before shipment. Yes, we provide sample service. The sample fee depends on the product type and customization complexity, generally 2-3 times the unit price of the product, including material cost and processing fee. If you finally place a bulk order, we will deduct the sample fee from the order amount. The production cycle of samples is usually 7-10 days, and the express fee is borne by the customer.
